This project called for a 3 bow bimini top tensioned
with straps fore and aft. Solid side panels and a two
piece front windshield with roll-up straps for ventilation.
The customer also wanted a three piece aft curtain with
a roll-up door.

By using an H2UBE frame and Keder
welt instead of pockets you can create a
straight wrinkle free top with reduced
stitch lines in a third
the time than a
traditional build.
.
By supporting the material along the length
of the bows instead of loose pockets you
can create crystal clear windows.

.
Now the inside of the enclosure is
as clean and smooth as the outside.

.
Build in the style you are used to just
simply replace awkward pockets by sewing
Keder Welt along the seams for more
precise builds.

.
Slide your aft panel into the second channel
and avoid using flaps and zippers to attach
the curtain. Patterning is made more precise
because you are templating off the bows
and not off of flaps trying to align zippers.
